Under South Australian consumer guideline laws you are entitled to either a refund or a return.

 

If the item you have purchased is faulty and still has all the original tags and packaging you may be entitled to a full refund or return. 

 

Refunds and returns are at the descretion of management. Full refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

Returns and exchanges are at cost to the customer.

All of our items are quality control checked and will have a sticker indicating this. Quality control checks include the following but are not limited to:

• tears, rips, holes
• stains (including water stains, yellowing and other marks)

 

Please note that there could be delays in receiving your new item due to factory limitations on each item. You will be kept updated with regards to all delivery times.
