If the item you have purchased is faulty and still has all the original tags and packaging you may be entitled to a full refund or exchange. 

 

Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of management. Full refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

Returns and exchanges are at cost to the customer.

A refund or exchange is not allowed on customised items. These items include orders that are personalised or made custom.

All of our items are quality control checked and will have a sticker indicating this. Quality control checks include the following but are not limited to:

tears, rips, holes
stains (including water stains, yellowing and other marks)
