If the item you have purchased is faulty and still has all the original tags and packaging you may be entitled to a full refund or return.

All of our items are quality control checked and will have a sticker indicating this. Quality control checks include the following but are not limited to:- tears, rips, holes
- stains (including water stains, yellowing and other marks)
